Cityscape shortlists four for Castleward

Derby Cityscape has shortlisted four companies for the 14 ha second phase of the £35 million, mixed use Castleward Urban Village development near the railway station in Derby city centre.
Barratt Developments, Compendium Group, Morris Homes and Persimmon have been selected to submit detailed plans.
A preferred partner will be chosen early next year. Proposald include 2,500 homes and 500,000sq ft of commercial space.
