Amended homes plan for village

A housing development consisting of 18 affordable homes is planned for Kilburn.
Taylor Wimpey has applied to build the two-storey properties, on land at Brickyard Lane, for Futures Housing Group on behalf of Amber Valley Housing.(Sourced from Derby Telegraph.)
Permission was already in place for private houses on the same site through a separate application three years ago, but the plans have been changed
A planning application to Amber Valley Borough Council reads: "Due to the nature of the housing market over the last few years – and the increasing need for affordable homes – it will now be built as a housing association scheme."
