King of the Castleward

Derby Cityscape is inviting developers interested in creating retail and business spaces along the route from the railway station to the city centre to state their intent.
The scheme is to be part of the construction of an urban village in the Castleward area, itself a vitally important project serving to improve the links between the city’s main transport hub and its central offering.
Interested parties must complete a questionnaire by June 26th, 2009, and the successful bid is due to be confirmed by April 2010.
