Marketing Derby Bondholder and commercial property consultants, Rigby & Co, have announced a substantial mixed-use development opportunity on the site of Derby College’s Mackworth campus.
Following the college's move into new city centre locations, a total of nearly 21 acres is being offered to the market on the Mackworth site.
An illustrative masterplan has been produced identifying ideas for potential redevelopment, including new residential areas.
