This year's Derby Property and Business Investment Show takes place tomorrow, on 11 May, at Pride Park.
The event is a timely opportunity to assess market reaction to the election, and for the city to showcase its range of investment opportunities.

Organiser Martin Freeman said a number of investors looking for retail properties will be at the show. "We can always pick up good vibes in advance of show date with the quality and quantity of pre-registrations for the event," he said.
"This year, with a very strong line-up for both exhibition and seminar, there is a clear indication that we will have a big outcome for investment inquiries at this event."
The event also provides the backdrop for the official launch of issue three of Perspective magazine.
