Prime site comes on to market

A 1,300sq m development site to the south of Derby city centre has become available.
R:UK magazine has instructed Rigby & Co to dispose of Nightingale House on London Road.
Russell Rigby, director of Rigby & Co, said: "This is a superb redevelopment site which will arouse a lot interest from both commercial and residential developers.
"It is less than 100m from Westfield Derby and is directly opposite the former Derbyshire Royal Infirmary; a 23-acre mixed-use development site which is currently being brought forward through the planning process."
Nightingale House was used as a hospice until summer 2009.
The building offers around 1,300 sq m accommodation and sits on a 0.20 ha site.
