Marketing Derby has commissioned CACI to provide a new Interactive Retail Occupier Suitability (IROS) capability report in support of their efforts to attract new retailers into the city.
Public and private investment already made in Derby, such as Westfield, Riverlights and the redevelopment of the Cathedral Quarter, has made the city more attractive to both mainstream and niche retailers and leisure providers.
Steven Halsall, CACI's head of property consulting, said: "CACI are extremely proud of our long term association with Marketing Derby and their investment in CACI's IROS capability demonstrates a continued determination to drive forward Derby's retail and leisure offer."
IROS provides robust market information to help specific retailers understand the market opportunity across key retail destinations within Derby city centre, taking account of catchment size and quality, retail pitch, and likely trading position relative to their existing portfolio.
