Cityscape shortlists four for Castleward

Derby Cityscape has shortlisted four companies for the 14 ha second phase of the £35 million, mixed use Castleward Urban Village development near the railway station in Derby city centre.
Barratt Developments, Compendium Group, Morris Homes and Persimmon have been selected to submit detailed plans. read more

Work to stop mill crumbling

New council houses for Derby
